Optimi Names Mike Bennett as Director of Sales for the Sprint/Nextel Account
Atlanta, GA, USA —April 30, 2007. Optimi, a global leader of customizable planning, optimization and monitoring solutions for new wireless technologies, has named Mike Bennett as director of sales for the Sprint/Nextel account and tier II / tier III accounts. Bennett has more than 30 years of telecommunications and wireless experience and will be responsible for directing all sales, business development and customer retention initiatives.
Prior to joining Optimi, Bennett served as director of strategic accounts for Telmar Network Technology where he directed sales programs and services for Cingular Wireless. In addition, he served as national sales manager for 10 years at Lucent Technologies and directed wireless sales initiatives for the Sprint and GTE Wireless accounts. Bennett also worked at AT&T Network Systems for 17 years where he held various senior management positions.
