Innovative 'Live Chat' Feature Now Available for Optimi Clients and Wireless Partners
Software support tool provides real time service and solutions
Atlanta, GA, USA and Malaga, Spain —July 11, 2006. Optimi, a global leader of customizable planning, optimization and monitoring solutions for new wireless technologies, announced a 'Live Chat' feature that allows wireless clients and partners to access real time Optimi software support. This innovative approach to client service is available for the x-Wizard, x-ACP (Advanced Cell Planning) and x-AFP (Advanced Frequency Planning) products. Optimi also has plans to make this feature available for the remaining products in their x-Platform&trade which is comprised of planning, optimization and monitoring product suites.
By using x-AFP, the operator will be able to maintain or improve their current network performance while carving spectrum for the upcoming UMTS deployment.
Clients can access the Live Chat feature in three ways - via a menu option on the product software, the technical support page of the Optimi Web site or hyperlink located on e-mail signatures from Live Chat team members. The eight-member team is available from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. EST. After hours users will be prompted to send a message to the support staff that will be answered when the office re-opens
