Description
This course provides in-depth knowledge of WCDMA cellular radio technology. A detailed description of the main radio resource management algorithms is presented, as well as a description of the propagation mechanisms that are necessary to fully understand system performance. The key aspects of WCDMA radio network planning are addressed, and the system performance for both voice and data traffic is assessed. Additionally, an insight into the most relevant capacity and coverage enhancement techniques is given.Target Group
