During 2008, we selected Optimi Professional Engineering Services team to carry out a comprehensive assessment of our network in the United Arab Emirates, in order to evaluate the real customer experience and ensure a competitive edge in our highly dynamic and demanding market. Following the evaluation we conducted a series of optimization projects delivering an improvement in our network performance.

During this project, Optimi put an impressive team at the disposal of our organization and this can be noticed in the quality of the results they delivered. They proved to be highly experienced in the analysis of complex multi-technology networks, and were able to assist our technology team in developing solutions and improvements which has led to an overall better experience for our customers.
